Students

  • Complete courses according to course requirements
  • Follow academic integrity policies

Instructors

  • Create educational content in good faith
  • Maintain professional conduct
  • Protect student data and privacy
  • Provide accurate course information

Creators (Partners)

  • Create referral codes for legitimate business purposes
  • Not engage in fraudulent activities
  • Comply with referral program policies
  • Maintain accurate organization information

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on Bizentrix LMS are provided on an "as is" basis. Bizentrix makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Bizentrix or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Bizentrix LMS.

The materials appearing on Bizentrix LMS could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Bizentrix does not warrant that any of the materials on the Service are accurate, complete, or current.
